Stranraer & District Lions Club

Our Service to the Community takes many forms and includes Local, National and International Communities.

Below are just three such events:

	(Local Event - Left) Lions Powering a Wheelchair - presenting a wheelchair to a young man with special needs.
	(National Event - Centre) Lion Anne presenting a Club banner to the Liverpool Swimming Club prior to their record swim from Portpatrick to Larne. As well as breaking the record for this event, the swimmers raised £12,000 for the British Heart Foundation.
	(International Event - Right) A major part of Lions Clubs International is our Youth Exchange Programme and International Youth Camps. Here are two young ladies who were hosted by Lions Jim & Anne from Stranraer Lions Club as part of the Youth Exchange Programme.

We are a very active Club and will always welcome people from our community

who want to help make a difference for those less fortunate.

Lions Clubs in their communities are not

'DO GOODERS' but rather we are 'GOOD DOOERS

but most importantly we all have FUN while participating
